Welcome to the University of New Mexico Hospital Health Sciences Center (UNMHSC), Truman Street Health Clinic.  We are an academic medical center with a specialized medical team trained to provide continuous comprehensive health care for persons with HIV/AIDS.  Clinic services are supported through state and federal governments.  As a provider of a Ryan White Early Intervention Title III grant, Truman Clinic provides outpatient medical care for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured.  Truman providers are also available to individuals with Medicaid and private insurance.

UNM Hospitals' Infectious Disease Clinic offers Infectious Disease services from adolescent through adulthood and specializes in the care of HIV and AIDS. The Infectious Disease Clinic provides both acute, primary care and chronic disease care for patient with chronic infectious disease. Patients that are seen at the Infectious Disease Clinic also include those who seek care for acute infectious disease states. The clinic offers case management and social work services as well as behavioral health for individuals who need assistance in achieving their individual health care goals.
